Our Labour Law specialization includes amongst other things the following:

• We assist clients by advising them and drafting employment contracts, and with any Labour Law matters from the time of negotiating employment contracts and;
• We monitor compliance of Labour legislations for our clients.
• We represent them should there be any employment contractual disputes and by giving advice;
• We represent our clients at the Bargaining Councils and the Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration; Labour Courts; Labour Appeal Courts; Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court.
• Train and advise our clients as to how to exercise their rights without breaking the law.
